Last year we didn’t know, this year we do: Covid-19 will impact on our lives, private and professional. In this context, with sure long-lasting consequences, the skills and competence recognition and certification systems & approaches to which EFCoCert Foundation is dedicated will have to boost innovative and flexible solutions, based on informal and open recognition.
This is EFCoCert Foundation’s strategy since 2019 already, which implies a radical reengineering of the classical formal competence certification approach.
The idea is to replace formal exams and plenipotentiary examiners by an informal open badge recognition ecosystem in which peers, colleagues, employers, clients, beneficiaries, etc. attest (remotely!) the expected competences.
If you have any Erasmus+ KA2 project idea including competence or skills recognition, EFCoCert is the partner you need for addressing the innovative dimension linked to the recognition and transparency horizontal priority.
