The Erasmus+ 2023 Programme Guide is now available. More than ever the KA2 priorities explicitly address EFCoCert’s unique expertise in competence or skills recognition & certification, in particular through micro-credentials.
“Competence” occurs 17 times, “Skills” 24 times, “Recognition” 14 times, and “Micro-Credentials” 4 times.
This is exactly what EFCoCert brings with a decisive added value widely recognised by the granting NAs within KA2 projects since almost 10 years.
Attending training courses is not enough. Acquiring and demonstrated competences and skills so that they can get recognised and certified is key.
Some extracts of the 2021 Erasmus+ priorities:
- “validation of skills certified by micro-credentials or acquired through informal and non-formal learning”,
- “validation and recognition of short learning courses leading to micro-credentials”,
- “promotion of informal learning and extra-curricular activities and recognition of voluntary and community work in students’ academic results”,
- “validation of youth work and informal and non-formal learning on all levels”.
All typical examples of priorities calling for EFCoCert’s expertise, using open badge informal recognition ecosystems combined with micro-credentials!
Are you planning for a project idea aiming to develop skills or competences? So, do not forget the recognition dimension – and do not hesitate to contact us for discussing how to address it.
